Returns/Refund Policy:

Please check your order for defects on arrival.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of order.  We are unable to accept returns on custom printed orders unless the wrong order was shipped.  In the event you receive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service team immediately. 
Any returned merchandise sent without verifying with us in advance or after 30 days will not be accepted.  Return shipping instructions will be provided upon verification. National will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for the correct order to be delivered.
Refunds and discounts are on a case by case basis.
